About

A relationship that lasts longer than the filing

Overlooked Tax Credits LLC was founded by professionals who spent years inside Big Four firms and boutique tax practices. We saw how good the technical work could be — and how easy it is for the relationship behind it to fade once a credit is filed. We built this firm to keep that from happening.

Where we've sat

Our team has worked inside Big Four public accounting, where R&D credit work is often standardized and handed off to whoever's available that quarter — and inside boutique specialty firms, where the work is sharper but the client can still feel like one engagement among hundreds.

We've seen what both models get right, and where both leave clients feeling like a line item. This firm exists to take the technical rigor of the first and the attentiveness of the second, without the drawbacks of either.

Considering a switch?

If you're reading this, there's a good chance your current provider filed a credit and disappeared until next year — or worse, quoted a number that never quite got explained. That's usually a sign of a firm selling a service line, not building a relationship.

We start every new relationship with a second opinion: a look at what's already been filed, what may have been missed, and a straight answer about whether switching would actually change your outcome.

What Makes This Different

We're built to keep clients, not just close them

You keep the same point of contact

The person who scopes your study is the same person who delivers it and stands behind it — no hand-off to a processing team once the engagement is signed.

We measure success in renewals

A firm that's confident in its work doesn't need to lock you in. We earn the next year's engagement the same way we earned the first.

Big-firm rigor, boutique attention

Documentation standards shaped by Big Four training, delivered with the responsiveness of a firm that isn't running you through a queue.
